Order Policy

Each Toot Tray is individually made to order. Because your tray is created specifically for you, all sales are final, and trays cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every tray and design is carefully examined before production begins to ensure the materials and artwork meet our quality standards. The completed tray is also inspected before it is delivered or shipped.

Each epoxy finish is poured by hand. Due to the nature of this process, small divots, bubbles, or other minor imperfections may occasionally appear as the epoxy cures. Every effort will be made to repour or correct noticeable flaws; however, slight variations and minor imperfections may remain. These characteristics are a natural part of the handmade process and make each Toot Tray unique.
